January 2010 Recordings of signals at 3250KHz. Believed to be Pyongyang, Korea. The signals are slightly off-frequency, about 3250.03KHz. Now, Jan 2010 varying around 3250.04KHz.They follow the expected propagation pattern. The AOKI list shows different language transmissions with the same power into a non-directional antenna, including a ten minute break although my observations do no quite coincide with the schedule, 21.50-22.00. This path does appear to be showing dawn enhancements.
